Overview

GEPIG is designed to meet the University of Swaziland (UNISWA) Geography, Environmental Science and Planning curriculum needs. It gives access to select quality Internet materials to support teaching, learning and research in climatology, environmental management and conservation, geomorphology, hydrology, population and settlement, remote sensing, rural development, soil science, urban and regional planning, and water resources. Included in GEPIG are bibliographies, full text documents, listservs and contacts. To view a highlighted resource or service, please click on it.

While not exhaustive, GEPIG complements available print, audio-visual, online journals, EBSCO Host and CD-ROM database sources. In order to improve service coverage, GEPIG users are invited to make suggestions and comments . It is hoped that the design and provision of similar gateways will be extended to cover all disciplines, faculties and study programmes of interest to UNISWA. For any problems that you may encounter in accessing GEPIG and for any comments and suggestions that you may have, please contact Readers' Services.
